Return & Refund

Eligible return requests should normally be raised within 7 days of delivery. To help us verify the order quickly, please contact JS Beauty with your order number, customer name, phone number and a clear explanation of the issue. If the product is damaged, leaking, broken, expired or different from what you ordered, photos or a short video of the parcel and product may be requested. Keeping the original packaging until the issue is resolved can make verification easier.

Because beauty, skincare and personal-care products can be sensitive for hygiene and safety reasons, not every opened product can be returned simply because of a change of mind. A return generally needs to meet the eligibility conditions below unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required to be handled differently under applicable consumer rights.

For a change-of-mind return, the product should be unused, unopened, in its original saleable condition and returned with the original packaging, labels, seals and included accessories where applicable. Products that have been opened, used, tested, damaged after delivery, or have missing seals may not be eligible due to hygiene and product-safety considerations. Items sold as final sale, clearance or otherwise identified as non-returnable may also have different conditions where this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If JS Beauty sends an incorrect item, or the product reaches you damaged or with an obvious manufacturing issue, contact our team and share supporting images where possible. Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store solution or refund depending on stock availability, the nature of the problem and the circumstances of the order. Do not discard a damaged product or its packaging until our team confirms whether it is still needed for verification.

Minor differences in packaging, shade appearance on different screens, manufacturer design updates or outer-box condition that does not affect the product itself may not always qualify as a defect. We review concerns individually and aim to give a fair response based on the actual condition of the item received.

Before sending a product back, please contact us and wait for return instructions. Unapproved parcels sent to an address without confirmation may be delayed or difficult to identify. Where the return is due to an error by JS Beauty or a verified damaged/incorrect item, we will advise you about the appropriate return arrangement. For an approved change-of-mind return, return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Returned products are inspected after they are received. If the item does not meet the approved return condition—for example, it has been used, opened, altered or damaged after delivery—the return may be declined. We recommend packing approved returns securely so they are not damaged in transit.

After an approved returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed using a suitable available method based on how the order was paid and the practical payment options available to the customer. Bank, wallet or payment-provider processing times can vary, so the final credit may not appear instantly after JS Beauty initiates a refund. Any original delivery fee may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged or otherwise qualifying order issue.
