After you place an order on JS Beauty, we review the order information and prepare available products for dispatch. Processing normally includes checking the product, confirming the delivery details available with the order, preparing the parcel and handing it to the delivery partner. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, during public holidays or during unusually busy sale periods may require additional processing time.

Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate before submitting an order. A working phone number is especially important because our team or the courier may need to contact you for order confirmation, delivery directions or another delivery-related question. If an order cannot be verified or important information is missing, dispatch may be delayed until we can reach you.

JS Beauty delivers orders to serviceable locations in Pakistan through available courier partners. Delivery speed can differ by city and area. Major urban locations may receive parcels sooner, while remote, rural or extended-service locations can take longer. Any delivery timeframe shown on the website or communicated by our team should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Once a parcel is with the courier, final delivery timing is influenced by the courier's route, local operations and the customer's availability. Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, road conditions, public holidays, high parcel volumes, security restrictions or other circumstances outside JS Beauty's direct control. We will still assist with reasonable tracking questions when information is available to us.

Applicable delivery charges are shown during the shopping or checkout process where supported by the website. Shipping offers, free-delivery thresholds or promotional rates may change from time to time, and the amount shown for the order at checkout will apply to that purchase unless an obvious technical error needs correction. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

If you notice an error in your delivery address or phone number, contact JS Beauty as soon as possible. We can try to update an order before dispatch, but changes cannot always be guaranteed after the parcel has been packed, booked or handed to a courier. A courier may also be unable to redirect a parcel to a completely different city once shipment is in progress.

If you want to cancel an order, early contact gives us the best chance to help before dispatch. Once an order has already left our store, cancellation or delivery refusal may be handled according to the order status and our return/refund process. Please do not place duplicate orders to correct a small mistake without contacting us, as both parcels may otherwise continue through processing.

When your parcel arrives, please receive it from the courier at the address provided with your order. We recommend keeping the shipping label, invoice where provided and original product packaging until you have checked that the order is complete. If the parcel appears seriously damaged from transit, take clear photos before opening when practical. If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting images so the issue can be reviewed.

Product packaging can sometimes receive minor pressure or cosmetic marks during courier handling without affecting the product itself.
